Guidelines & Cancellation Policy

COACHING GUIDELINES: The relationship between Coach and Client is Co-Creative, meaning both are equals in the coaching process. The first step in the Co-Creation process is the development of goals. Next, the strategy is drafted with an action plan. Lastly, Coach holds the Client accountable to stay on track, provide guidance and achieve those goals.

 

To ensure maximum effectiveness of the coaching sessions for both Coach and Client, Coach requests that Client takes coaching calls in an environment free of distractions and does not take coaching calls while driving.  

 

RESCHEDULING and CANCELLATIONS: It's important that we respect each other’s time and avoid regularly rescheduling meetings. If you need to cancel, Coach requests that you do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance and make up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. If you have paid in advance and canceled your service at least 24 hours in advance and are not able to make up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date, please contact me by email or phone and I will provide a full refund. Sessions not canceled 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for refunds.  It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.

Finally, a great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls together.  If you are late for your appointment, you lose that time as I may still need to finish at the agreed time. I will honor our appointments and be on time as well. However, if you have not made yourself available within 20 minutes of our agreed start time I will presume you have canceled.
Making sure we are a good match is important to me and will greatly benefit us both - which is why I offer a risk-free 15 min free consultation. I do not offer any refunds for services that have already been delivered.

 

TERMINATION: 
Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Coach will not, at any time, use any of your information for Coach’s own benefit, or disclose any information to any third party. Coach will also not divulge that we are in a working relationship unless you give Coach Permission to do so. You are free to tell others that we are working together.
